Brett’s decade-plus experience in real estate has led him to develop an intuitive sense of Boston’s real estate scene. “I have a strong grasp for what makes a good long-term investment,” he says. “I am not afraid to tell a client that they shouldn’t buy or sell something, that might not be the right deal or the right time.”

Among Brett’s central focuses is developing enduring client relationships. “I think not just of the moment, instead, I operate with a long-term vision in mind,” he says. Rather than rush any part of the process, Brett is methodical and analytical, immersing himself in all available market data, whether he is working with a buyer or a seller. He relies on perceptions and information shared by his colleagues —both in his own office and at other firms— to help him provide his clients with the most up-to-date market insights. “Some of my best contacts are other agents, I look at them as integral to my success,” says Brett.

Brett, an avid cook and intrepid traveler (when not amid a global pandemic) lives in the South End, and while a native of upstate New York, wouldn’t chose to live anywhere but Boston. “I love being involved in such a vibrant city with so many different cultures and experiences to offer,” he says.
