After a successful career in finance, Yuchan Chu, who has long been interested in housing and interior design, embraced the opportunity to forge a new path as a real estate professional in 2016. She worked in sales and as a director of operations for two previous firms. Yuchan ensures that the office runs smoothly; manages listings, assists with showings, and executes the firm’s financial tasks. She is personable and works closely with the firm’s international clients. Her knowledge of the Mandarin dialect is a great asset for the firms group of international clientele. Yuchan has lived in Boston since 2004 and has enjoyed watching it evolve over the last several years. “Boston is a walkable city with a lot of culture. From an entertainment perspective, it’s grown up a lot and the restaurant scene caters to a diverse palate. Boston has become an international city, right up there with New York and Miami.” In particular she is enthusiastic about the artists who have established themselves here. “My favorite areas are historic Beacon Hill and the newly developed Seaport, where I love to visit the ICA.”
