Howard Chang

Ten years ago, after a three-decade career in hospitality, Howard Chang, a long-time real estate investor, decided to become an agent. His business experience in his prior career along with the network he cultivated during that period, combined with his sound investment insights, garnered Howard’s quick success in the real estate realm; during his 10 years as an agent he’s sold more than $80 million worth of residential and commercial properties. Howard is a director of sales & lead market analyst at the firm. “I want to be a good advisor to my clients.  I try to understand them deeper,” says Howard. “I want to know what their lifestyle is like and what their plan is for the next 5-10 years; why they need to sell or buy and why they are interested in a certain location. That way, we don’t waste time seeing properties that aren’t an exact match for them.” Howard is fluent in several Chinese dialects.
