Handel Architects LLP and DREAM Collaborative have teamed up to design an impeccable re-construction of the Winthrop Square Garage, which will re-set the bar for luxury living in Boston’s Financial District.  The 53-story, 691-foot-tall Winthrop Square tower will stand 7 feet above the neighboring Millennium Tower, as one of the tallest residential skyscrapers in Boston and in the Northeast United States.  Across the first three floors, the tower will flaunt a 12,000-square-foot exquisite Grand Hall with 20-foot-tall glass panels consisting of office, retail and restaurant space.  A parking garage containing 550 vehicle spaces will be held underneath the Grand Hall.

At the tower top, 26 floors will house 500 ultra-luxury residential condos; designed to be a beacon on the Boston skyline.  The Winthrop Square will have a slate of building amenities, including a 24/hr concierge, doorman, room service, valet and garage parking.  Additional luxuries for residents are anticipated to include a resident restaurant and lounge, swimming pool and spa, resident theater and fitness center.  The Winthrop Square Tower is expected to be complete by the first quarter of 2022.
