This new development will be located between Traveler St and E Berkeley, just south of the Ink Block complex. This newly approved property will contain approximately 273 residential units with a slated 101 luxury condos and 172 rental units. Developer Related Beal will remove the currently vacant Ho Kong Bean Sprout Co. factory and former Quinzani’s Bakery to make room for the new complex.
The mixed-use building will rise 14 stories with 180 parking spots on three garage levels underground. There will be 8500 sq ft street level retail space to add to the every growing vibrant South End neighborhood. Construction began in February 2019 and is expected to take two years. 370-380 Harrison will be built to LEED Silver energy-efficiency specifications and will contain 55 designated affordable units.
