This new designer outpost for the St. Regis brand is rising in place of the well-loved former Whiskey Priest and Atlantic Beer Garden. The extensive design surrounding the inspired St. Regis Residences will extend the harbor walk and contain residential, retail and restaurant space on the ground level complete with outdoor seating and water features. The building Architect is Howard Elkus with completion expected in 2020.
The buildings unique design was inspired by sails to fit in graciously along the waterfront.
