St. Regis Residences – Seaport

This new designer outpost for the St. Regis brand is rising in place of the well-loved former Whiskey Priest and Atlantic Beer Garden. The extensive design surrounding this inspired design will extend harbor walk and contain residential and retail/restaurant space on the ground level complete with outdoor seating and water features. The buildings unique design was crafted around an inspired by sails to fit in graciously in it’s place along the waterfront.

The project, by Developer Cronin Holdings, which is slated for a late 2020 completion, will contain 124 condos many with amazing Boston Harbor and Boston Skyline views, some with private balconies as well and all with access to the iconic St Regis brand amenities. Yet another breathtaking addition to one of Boston’s fastest growing neighborhoods!
