Motor Mart Garage Tower Approved!

The long awaited Motor Mart Garage Tower project at 201 Stuart St has been approved. The new 310 foot tower will sit on top of the currently existing Motor Mart Garage and will include 231 condo units including traditional and loft floor plans ranging from studios to 3BRs. 15,000 square feet of the proposed 460,000 sf of commercial space is slated for a new grocery store, which will be a welcomed addition to this urban neighborhood!
