Boston-based, Elkus Manfredi Architects is designing a 44-story, 470-unit residential tower, the Garden Garage Tower, that will replace the Garden Garage in Boston’s historic West End neighborhood.  The Garden Garage Tower will include approximately 20,000 square feet of common resident amenities, and an 830-space underground parking garage.  The luxury apartment residential tower is expected to open towards the end of 2021.
